VISIBILITY.TXT SPECS:
Hopefully I (or someone else.) can do a small editor for
editing visibility.txt easier. At the moment, it is slow,
but it is best I was able to do because of limited amount
of time. So, here we go:

In NFS Track format, each block has visibility list, which
has 300 entries. each entry can represent track block
number or if entry is unused, it has value of -1.
for example, when player's car comes to block #15, game
engine picks up block #15 and reads it's visibility list and
draws all the blocks mentioned there.

Visibility.txt:
- Only one value per line.

- first value is version number. (so far, only 0.8 and
  1.0 exist, but 0.8 isn't officially used.)
**DON'T EDIT. ISN'T USED AT THE MOMENT**

- second value is amount of track blocks. Blocks are
numbered starting from 0. (so last blocknumber is one less than
  total amount of blocks.)
**DON'T EDIT. ISN'T USED AT THE MOMENT**

- next, all blocks and their visibility lists, as follows:
*** EXAMPLE ***
  0	<--------- block number
0	<- 1st entry of visibility list (usually block 'himself'.)
  1	<- 2nd entry of visibility list
  127	<- 3rd entry of visibility list
  2	<- 4th entry of visibility list
  126	<- 5th entry of visibility list
  3	<- 6th entry of visibility list
  125	<- 7th entry of visibility list
  -1	<- 8th entry of visibility list
  -1	<- 9th entry of visibility list
  ...
  -1	<- 300th entry of visibility list
  1 <--------- block number
1	<- 1st entry of visibility list (usually block 'himself'.)
...
*** EXAMPLE ENDS ***
So you cannot add values, but you can replace those -1 entries with
actual block numbers that you want make visible.
